We begin with an initial 30 minute complimentary session to determine whether we would be a good fit. From there, we can evaluate if my services and skills will best suit you.
The sixty minute session will focus on developing specific skills sets to support you in taking forward actions towards your desired goal. The session will aim to help you explore your self limiting beliefs and support you in attaining more clarity of how to create thinking and behavioral patterns that enhance incremental and long term life changes.
In addition to individual sessions, a three month, bi weekly session is also offered. Each session is up to an hour long. Sessions focus on your specific concerns at the time. You will have an opportunity to learn specific skills sets aimed at helping and supporting you in taking forward actions. The sessions aims at helping you explore your self-limiting beliefs and support you in attaining more clarity. Based on the insights you gain, a goal and plan of actions will be explored and you will take the responsibility of putting it into practice. You also have an opportunity to contact me on a weekly bases to discuss your progress.
